Luke Thompson is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Operations Guide, a Tennessee tech firm helping businesses with AI consulting, custom software, web development, and SEO/AIO. Luke works with business owners, leaders, and teams to plan technology projects and carry them through implementation. That includes fractional AI leadership, apps and websites, workflow automation, and ways to improve search visibility.
Before founding The Operations Guide, Luke served as part owner and COO of ActionVFX, one of the leading providers of visual effects assets for filmmakers and content creators worldwide. There he built the operational infrastructure that enabled rapid growth, remote team management, and scalable content production.
Luke is also a TEDx speaker, a startup mentor, and a proud East Tennessee native. He is passionate about the intersection of technology, systems thinking, and human performance — believing that the right operating infrastructure transforms not just a company's efficiency, but the lives of everyone who works within it.
